1. Sawmill

Sawmill plays a crucial role in the timber industry by converting raw logs into usable wood products that are essential for our manufacturing furniture production. The processes involved in sawmills also contribute to the efficient utilization of trees and byproducts, helping reduce waste and promote sustainability in the industry.

2. MOULDING

The next step is cutting the wood into the required sizes for the furniture parts to be made. At this stage, the wood is often cut into smaller pieces using tools such as a band saw or circular saw.

3. ENGINEERING

The wood will be cut again according to more specific sizes and shapes based on the furniture design. At this stage, the cutting is more detailed to produce parts of the furniture, such as panels, chair legs, table tops, or shelves. Mortise and tenon techniques are used being made the strength required for the furniture.

4. ASSEMBLING

At this stage, the individual wood parts that have been cut and processed will be joined together to form the structure of the furniture. The furniture already shaped as a requested product.

5. RUSTIC

Teak wood is sourced, usually from mature teak trees that have aged for a number of years. This wood is prized for its natural oils, durability, and resistance to decay and insects. When aiming for a rustic appearance, the wood is selected for its natural imperfections, including knots, cracks, and irregularities in grain patterns. These features contribute to the wood’s unique and authentic rustic look. This process aim to our color products.

6. COLOR FINISHING

Color finishing means applying a ‘finish,’ a specific type of liquid that forms a protective coating on the timber. Wood is a porous material, meaning that it is full of pores which liquid or air can pass through. This means that unfinished timber can easily be damaged by absorbing moisture and warping or cracking as well as scratching easily. Finishes enhance the look of furniture by giving it a different color or glossy shine.

7. SANDING

After the parts of the furniture are attached, the wood surface needs to be smoothed using sandpaper to remove any marks from cutting and to create a surface that is smooth and ready for finishing. Sanding is done in stages, starting with a coarse grit sandpaper and gradually moving to finer grits to achieve a perfectly smooth surface. This process aim to our natural colour products.

8. QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Control is the most important thing to be the best output of our product. Furniture quality standards are sets of guidelines and requirements for furniture manufacturing. The process begins with the raw materials inspection to the final assembly of the furniture. The goal is to ensure that the products are free of defects, safe, and meet the customer’s expectations. They define the required quality level of furniture production and cover aspects such as safety, durability, strength, and environmental impact. These standards aim to ensure that we produce high-quality furniture that meets the required specifications. To ensure our furniture products can endure various weather elements, including sun, rain, snow, and wind. Manufacturers must consider internationally recognized standards that comprise inspections and testing.

9. PACKING

Last but not least, our production process is packing. Furniture packaging is a very important step in your process. It will convey your brand image to buyers, but also in depots and stores. This packaging must protect your products at all stages of the Supply Chain: delivery from your factory to distributors, but also from distributors to individuals. Your packaging must be both qualitative and environmentally friendly. But it must also be linked to an economically efficient process. We ensure we can give the best for our buyer’s need.
